I am seeking (if fortunate enough) a paid internship for this Fall, as in Fall 2020. I can work remotely or onsite in the Raleigh-Durham area. Of course I will be so lucky to locate a great opportunity, so I know I may not be able to be choosy. That being said.....
....my interests lean away from E-Learning positions that focus heavily on Articulate, Camtasia, etc. Although on the other hand, that is an area of skill that I need to strengthen.
...I believe that my natural strengths and interests lie within needs/gap analysis, problem identification/analysis, performance management, change management, etc., as well as instructional design in general. I have taught middle school science for 8 years but desire and intend to leave the classroom. So, if there is an opportunity that might lead into employment that would be incredibly amazing! Also, I am very, very interested in working (though I know it may be indirectly of course) within/for a company that focuses on healthcare, science research, etc, as I have a strong science background. I also have a strong affinity for non-profit efforts as well. Basically, I am wide open!
